1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Warranty:

(a) “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Auto Glass Experts, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company.

(b) “Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to the original purchaser of services from the Company.

(c) “Service Date” means the date on which RV glass installation or chip repair was completed.

(d) “Approved Agent” means any party authorized by us in writing to perform warranty-related services on our behalf.

(e) “Affiliate” refers to a repair provider under direct agreement with Auto Glass Experts.

2. Warranty Coverage

2.1 We warrant that RV glass installations are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the Service Date.

2.2 Chip repairs are covered only for the continued integrity of the repaired area. This Warranty does not guarantee appearance or prevent further cracking.

3. Filing a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim under this Warranty, you must:

(a) Provide a copy of this Warranty and your original service invoice;

(b) Contact us at 704-906-6768 within the one-year Warranty Period; and

(c) Allow us up to two (2) opportunities to inspect and repair the issue.

Failure to comply with these steps may result in denial of the claim.

4. Limitations Due to Vehicle Flexing

Because motorhomes naturally flex in transit, we do not warrant against:

(a) Gaskets or moldings separating from the glass;

(b) Glass shifting or stress cracking not caused by installation error;

(c) Windshield displacement from the gasket; or

(d) Glass pulling away from the pinch weld.

You acknowledge and accept these risks when receiving service.

5. Chip Repair Limitations

5.1 If a chip repair is deemed unsatisfactory, we will apply the full cost of that repair toward a complete glass replacement performed by us or an Affiliate.

5.2 This credit must be used within the original Warranty Period and has no cash value.

5.3 We are not responsible for additional damage that may occur during a good-faith chip repair attempt on pre-damaged areas.

6. Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover any damage or defect resulting from:

(a) Pre-existing rust, corrosion, or structural vehicle damage;

(b) Customer refusal to replace worn or inadequate gaskets;

(c) Vandalism, collisions, weather events, or impact with foreign objects;

(d) Known flexing or frame issues with certain RV models, including but not limited to: National, Damon, Four Winds/Windsport, and Monaco;

(e) Post-installation stress cracks not caused by our workmanship; or

(f) Use of glass or parts not provided by us.

7. Warranty Void Conditions

This Warranty is void if:

(a) Anyone other than Auto Glass Experts or an Approved Agent attempts a repair or replacement;

(b) Customer-supplied glass or materials were used;

(c) The vehicle is transferred to a new owner; or

(d) The installation area has been tampered with following service.

8. Exclusive Remedy

Your sole and exclusive remedy under this Warranty is the repair or replacement of the affected glass, at our discretion.

This remedy does not fail of its essential purpose as long as we remain willing and able to perform the work described.

9. No Other Warranties

9.1 This document represents the full and exclusive warranty provided. All other warranties, express, implied, or verbal, are excluded.

9.2 We specifically disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

(a) We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use or business interruption; and

(b) Our total liability under this Warranty shall not exceed the greater of the original service price or one hundred dollars ($100.00).

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limits may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

11.1 This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.

11.2 This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling or receiving services from Auto Glass Experts, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Limited Warranty.
